Clock Tower by FleetingVapor Clock Tower by FleetingVapor
Rai is inside a clock tower. The time behind him, the time before him, it extends to eternity, and it's running out.

Rai and Noblesse and clock towers belong to their owners.

I find it strangely compelling that exactly when I opened the picture and read this short line of your description my mp3 decided to play:

'I wish time was still.
We'd stay right here,
With time to kill,
In our hearts without chains.'

Somehow it feels adequate.

Did you know that today is the last day of summer?

It's a great art that which inspires so many feelings.

During the LS (Live Stream, if you're not familiar with it.  It's like drawing in public.  Join sometime.  It's fun.), we were talking about finding a song to suit the picture.  I think you have just accomplished that.  It suited it well.  I like it.

I had thought that it was the first day of fall.  Both are somehow suiting.

I have listened to this song several times in a row.  It is increasingly perfect.

I'll try to find out about this LS, I'm afraid I'm worse that Rai when it comes to technical stuff. Must be my age.

I really did that? Well it's nothing compared to you, to what you did to me while I was reading 'Broken Glass' and checked this 'Be Somebody' masterpiece that you recommended. You started my love for TFK, I put the blame entirely on you. :) It's the second christian band that I love, Anberlin being the first.

Oh... you don't know how stupid I feel now that I've realized I have given you neither the name nor author of the song... ^^' Well  it had struck my Noblesse feelings... A lot of things lately does this to me... I see a Noblesse reference everywhere, must be the sign of my growing obsession.

I'm so afraid the authors will screw the ending of this manhwa. Tell me, do you feel the very end must be epic, heart-wrenching and just.... perfect?

Haha, I suppose I can't escape that accusation.  You're not the first that has blamed me for such a thing, and what's worse, I'm not regretful.  I have heard of Anberlin before, but I have never looked them up.  I may have to check them out.  Just skipped few a few different songs.  I like them so far.  (And while we're corrupting each other, check out Red.)

Don't worry^^  A quick internet search brought up the song with in seconds.  And I know what you mean about the references.  Someone said, "Good job.  Good job." to me, and I so badly wanted to make a Noblesse joke that I knew they'd never get—not without a lengthy explanation.

I personally think that it'll end with either Rai's death or with him entering another long sleep.  I think it'll be the latter of the two.  No matter how it ends, it'll be the sort of thing that will tear out your soul and drown you in tears before it finally glimmers just a little bitter-sweet happiness so that the creators won't be stoned by the followers.  At least, that's what I hope.

Thank you! I suppose I could log in sometimes and watch you draw :D

Oh, I've checked it and it's great ^^ I've only listened to few songs but they're already stirring my imagination :)

No good in explaining fandom jokes ;P I tried once and they only looked at me awkwardly^^;

I really doubt the authors of Noblesse pay any attention to fans' remarks anymore. At least not when they started their new project... When I look at the chiseled panels of Ability and crudely drawn latest chapters of Noblesse I feel like raging...
